Following the Government’s announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a new lockdown in England from Thursday, 5th November, we want to outline how we will continue to support you through this period.

As we have well-established COVID safe working practices in place for customers and colleagues, we remain digitally open for sales and fully open for aftersales at both our Wool & Bovington Ford & Purbeck MG sites. Customers can still connect with us in several ways.


For new and used car sales, we will still be able to respond to your enquiry and help you purchase a vehicle through a range of options that are convenient for you including live chat, email, video appointments such as Facetime or WhatsApp video, virtual demonstrations, and phone. You can also reserve and buy your chosen model by browsing online and calling our dedicated sales team on 01929 462248.

For the handover of your vehicle we can deliver your new car to your home. Either way, the car will be thoroughly sanitised before handover and our team will always adhere to social distancing measures.

Whilst we remain digitally open, our showrooms are physically closed for sales appointments, to view car displays or to chat with our teams in person.


Our aftersales departments remain fully open and our teams are on hand to answer any bookings and queries. You can contact us through email, phone, or live chat on our website. You may find that when you arrive at one of our sites for your service, MOT or repair appointment, we have made some adjustments as we ask that you arrive at your allocated appointment time and as we have temporarily closed our waiting areas, you drop off your car and collect it later. It will not be possible to wait for your car to be serviced or repaired.

If you have an appointment at one of our dealerships, I would like to reassure you we have well-established COVID safety measures in place, adhering to all Government guidelines to help protect our customers and colleagues. These include stringent social distancing and hygiene measures, the use of Perspex screens and the compulsory wearing of a face mask or covering, apart from if you are exempt as per the Government guidelines which can be found here.
